What do I do if my shipment or product arrived damaged?
While we do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear. What are your shipping rates?
Johairba currently offers FREE standard shipping for some areas in Europe. We charge a small fee for shipping to the rest of Europe and the world. For all rates, please visit our store
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What are your return policies?
For your convenience, we offer a 30 day change-of-mind moneyback guarantee for all purchases made through this website. If you change your mind during the first 30 days after purchase for whatever reason, simply contact us via this website and we will refund your purchase minus a small restocking fee. If you receive damaged goods in the post: When you receive your package you need to inspect the box and ensure it is not damaged. If you notice any damage please do not accept the package and notify us immediately. The Consumer Rights Act states that the retailer is responsible for the condition of the goods until they are delivered to you, bear in mind that the retailer is only responsible until the goods are are delivered to you, your dedicated safe place or your nominated address. Once the parcel is delivered we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage that occurs.
How do I return or exchange a product?
If you wish to return a product for any reason during this 30 days, please ensure you contact us first to receive the return address we will send to you via email. this will ensure correct processing of your return and avoid potential delays. If a purchase is returned without notification prior to sending, an un-authorised return penalty will be applied.
Only items purchased on johairba.com with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for exchange or return. Please allow 3 days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for your credit card backcharge.
